Please Read ALL of the following!!!
Placing our puppies in good homes is a priority to us. We do require an application to be filled out and a contract to be signed. The application must be filled out and submitted to us prior to any deposits being accepted. Information on the application helps in not only placing the right puppy with the right family, but aides us in determining the best possible homes for our puppies. We require applications and contracts for all our puppies, if you don't want to fill these out, don't inquire about our puppies.
All our puppies are AKC registerable. They are all vaccinated to age appropriateness and de-wormed before going to new homes. We also supply a "Puppy Package" to each new owner. Inside the package will be a collar, food dish, toys, and a weeks supply of their current food for transitioning them to your choice of quality kibble. We also have their dewclaws removed and provide micro-chipping, all of which is included in the purchase price of our puppies!

About The Sire and Dam of our 2008 Litter

The dam of our April 2008 Litter- (Satina) is a blue and she stands about 35 inches at the shoulders and pre-pregnancy weight of 145 lbs. She has not been OFA certified yet, we have had preliminary hip x-rays performed, according to the vet, she should certify at "Good". She also has tested Thyroid "normal". She comes from multi Champion German lines (12 Champions in four generations) as well as color pure for at least five generations.
About The Sire
The sire of our April 2008 Litter (Vishnu) is a blue and he stands about 36 inches at the shoulders. His weight is about 155 lbs. He has achieved his International Championship Title through the International All Breed Canine Association ("IABCA") and is on his way to achieving his Championship Title through the AKC. He has been OFA certified at "Good" and Thyroid tested "normal". Vishnu is also DNA certified

AKC registration paperwork
Registration: Our puppies are registerable/registered with the AKC.
We sell our puppies on a "Spay & Neuter Contract", also known as "limited registration". This means any litter (puppies) from these puppies in the future may not be registered with the AKC and showing in AKC sanctioned shows is not allowed (No Breeding rights)Contracts are required when purchasing a puppy from us and must be signed and returned prior to receiving AKC registration papers.
On occasion, we do consider "full registration", meaning the puppy may be shown in AKC shows and/or future litters may be registered with the AKC (Breeding rights granted). In most cases, for "full registration" we require a co-ownership agreement or in some instances we will charge an additional amount for "full registration" without a Co-ownership agreement. Typically we prefer a history of competition in AKC events. Again, a Contract will be required to be signed and will be enforced.
We reserve the right to refuse sale of any of our puppies on "limited" OR "full registration" to anyone.
Prices - ***Dependant on specific puppy - $1500 & up Spay/neuter contract required (Limited Registration)***
Full registration Considered... Price typically ranges $2300 & up. Co-ownership is an option as well.
Deposits - $500.00 non-refundable (See Below)
If the puppy is to be shipped to new owner, the puppy package will be mailed via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation upon payment in full being received along with a signed copy of our contract being returned to us. (provided at time of pick up if you pick up your puppy).**

Health Guarantee: All our puppies come with a written guarantee. We provide a two year guarantee against hip dysplasia and a one year guarantee against genetic disorders. Please contact us for a copy of our contract for your review.
*Contracts: These are required regardless of registration type (limited or full AKC registration)! Our contract covers things such as our health guarantee, our responsibilities to you as a breeder, as well as your responsibilities to us as a new owner of one of our puppies. These are available for viewing upon request and must be signed and returned to us prior to the AKC paperwork being sent to you. No signed contract, no AKC papers.
Deposits: If you are interested in placing a deposit, the first step is to fill out our "Adoption Application"
We require a $500.00 NONREFUNDABLE deposit to "hold" one of our puppies. This deposit will apply toward the purchase price of the puppy. Deposits are on a "first come, first serve basis" for each gender of puppy. If you choose to mail a deposit via USPS, we will not "hold" a puppy until deposit is received unless an overnight express mailing method is used. Internet payments for your deposit can be done using www.Paypal.com (Credit card & bank transfers). Please note that eChecks MUST clear BEFORE we will place a hold on a puppy for you.
We accept holding deposits and payments via www.Paypal.com USPS money order, cashiers checks or credit card (via www.Paypal.com to the e-mail address at the bottom of this page). Money orders & cashiers checks for Deposits must be mailed with "express overnight" service. Deposits are non-refundable if placed after the litter is born (contact us for details). We do not except personal checks or any type of Western Union with the exception of direct wire transfers at any time.
Payments: Purchase price and any/all associated shipping costs are due in full upon puppies reaching 4 weeks of age. Any additional payments beyond your deposit done via Payal.com will be assessed a $50 fee to cover Paypal fees charged to us by Paypal.com. Again, no personal checks or Western Union are accepted, with only above exception. Please read "Deposits" for methods of payments accepted.
Pick up/Delivery: We are willing to drive a maximum of a 100 miles for delivery/pickup. Contact us for more information. We do require that the puppy is paid for in full prior to traveling with them (see above under "Payments"). If you place a deposit on a puppy, please be aware, pick up/delivery will be when puppies reach 7-9 wks. of age. Puppies being shipped will be shipped home between 8-9 weeks of age, specific shipping dates are set by us when the time comes.
Shipping: Contact us for a more precise shipping estimate for your destination. Total shipping costs typically range from $300+ for West Coast destinations to $400+ for East Coast destinations depending on service used. Some east coast destinations are VIP service only! Our shipping costs include everything; the flight, required health certificate, crate & transport to the airport.
Any puppy being shipped is required to be paid for in full along with all associated costs by the time the puppy reaches 4 weeks of age or within 3 days of application acceptance if the puppies are over 4 weeks of age.
Exact shipping dates are at our sole discretion. We can not always accommodate requested days/dates due to weather, flight schedules as well as our own schedules as we are almost 2 hours from our local airport.
Puppies are not allowed to be shipped prior to 8 weeks of age due to airline regulations. Health certifications are also required to be performed within 10 days prior to shipping date. All shipping costs (crate, health certificate, flight) are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and must be prepaid. Shipping is at Buyer(s) risk & expense. Although we have had good experiences shipping our puppies, Buyer(s) must be aware, although minimal, there is risk involved in shipping a puppy or any animal.
*We use Alaska Airlines for destinations on most of the West Coast and Northwest Airlines for the Central and Eastern U.S. unless requested otherwise. For International shipping, please contact us for details!*
